This 8-week program is designed to introduce each athlete to skills necessary to improve overall speed and agility and ball handling. Our focus will be on run mechanics and functional body control, lateral movement and multi-directional movement training.

Program is for boys and girls, ages 5+.

Classes will be held on Thursdays at 4:00pm from September 29 – November 17.
